How to make a paper tray?

The steps to make a paper tray are as follows:

Preparation of raw materials: Collect waste newspapers, cardboard scraps, recycled paper tubes, wooden pulp boards, or sugarcane bagasse as raw materials
Pulping: Converting waste paper into pulp using equipment such as a vertical pulping machine
Slurry preparation: Adjust the concentration of pulp by adding water or other additives to achieve the desired concentration
Pulp delivery: Through pipelines and circulation systems, pulp is sent to the pulp bucket of the forming machine, while recovering spilled pulp and circulating water
Forming: Wet paper tray is formed by vacuum adsorption on a specially designed metal mold
Drying: Use methods such as drying, air drying, sun drying, or press drying to dry the wet paper tray
Hot press shaping and trimming: Use a hot press machine to shape and trim the dried paper tray to achieve the desired shape and size
Inspection, Packaging, and Warehousing: Inspect the finished paper pallets and package and store them after passing the inspection
