Yutai Paper Tray has two core departments: Paper Tray Production Department and Mold Research and Development Department. The production process of environmentally friendly paper trays mainly includes pulp preparation, forming, drying, shaping, and packaging.
We have dozens of production equipment, 3 automatic drying lines, and guaranteed delivery time. The company adopts advanced pulp molding technology to shape pulp into various shapes of paper tray products through molds. In the production process, we strictly control the production process parameters, such as pulp concentration, forming pressure, drying temperature, etc., to ensure stable product quality and reliable performance.
Our factory has its own paper tray mold workshop and a professional design team to accurately customize molds to meet various product packaging needs. Advanced CNC equipment ensures high precision, and special surface treatment extends mold life. The efficient production management system responds quickly, strictly controls quality, and provides strong guarantees for the production of high-quality paper pallets.
